Kealin Hicks, 27, arrested today on a 1st-degree murder indictment for the 8/27/23 fatal shooting of Diandre Starks on Rosa L. Parks Blvd at I-65. Hicks was spotted today driving a stolen Infiniti sedan. 2 guns and key fobs were recovered when he was arrested. $250k bond.
