The Nashville Electric Service (NES) reported the alarming occurrence, mentioning that the large tree collapsed onto utility lines at Old Harding Road and Hicks Road in Bellevue.

NES spokesperson confirmed that as many as 450 customers experienced outages as a direct result of the incident. Metro Nashville dispatch received the first call reporting the incident around 7:45 a.m., to which response teams were promptly dispatched to the location. The operations crews were tasked with the responsibility of restoring service as swiftly and securely as possible.
