How We Started
We are motivated by our mission to love coffee and even more people. Our adventure began in Nashville in 2012 with the goal of fostering community locally through our coffeehouses while also making a global impact through the construction of water wells and the prioritization of safe water requirements in the nations where we source the world’s greatest coffee. Thousands of people like you have joined our community at our stores since then, and thousands more now have access to safe water all across the world. So, while we help to serve the globe, let us give you a cup of your favorite coffee.
The Well is committed to serving and producing excellent coffee. Our mission begins with high-quality single-origin coffee that is responsibly sourced and grown from farmers, ensuring that those who offer us their best are paid a livable wage. Many coffee-growing areas also lack access to reliable drinking water. We bring our love full circle by partnering with local groups to supply clean water to these communities, which will help them maintain their health and future well-being.
