While patrolling the Lloyd Expressway, officers were alerted about the stolen car traveling eastward from Weinbach Avenue. A swift response led them to a Walmart parking lot where they spotted the alleged culprits, 22-year-old Gabriel Thomas, and a 17-year-old girl.
When asked to halt, the suspects persisted in their attempt to enter the store. The female teenager was apprehended without additional complications. However, Thomas managed to evade immediate capture by fleeing the scene.
