Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus to Perform in Nashville: Promises The Greatest Show on Earth with Animal-Free Innovation

The Circus is Coming to Nashville: Get Ready for ‘The Greatest Show on Earth’

Nashville, prepare yourselves! The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, known as ‘The Greatest Show on Earth’, is set to roll into town next year. Mark your calendars for an exciting weekend from January 24 to 26, 2025, as the circus comes to the Bridgestone Arena.

A Grand Spectacle Awaits

This all-new reimagined circus promises to dazzle audiences with over 75 performers hailing from 18 different nationalities. Those attending can expect to see more than 50 acts packed into a thrilling two-hour show. From breathtaking BMX biking stunts to captivating live music performances, the lineup is sure to keep everyone on the edge of their seats.

In addition to traditional circus acts, attendees can witness the spectacular ‘double wheel of destiny’—two spinning wheels soaring high above the ground. Thrill-seekers can also be amazed by the world’s tallest unicycle and incredible human juggling displays.

Innovation without Animals

The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus has undergone significant changes in recent years. In 2017, the circus faced criticism regarding the treatment and use of animals in its performances, leading to their removal from shows. However, the circus made a triumphant return in 2022, and now, above all else, boasts a new animal-free entertainment model.

The 2025 edition of the circus brings an even more revamped experience, featuring innovative setups like a triangular highwire and a crisscross flying trapeze. These additions aim to enhance the connection between performers and the audience, focusing on wonder and engagement.

Words from the Producer

Juliette Feld Grossman, the CEO and producer of ‘The Greatest Show on Earth’, expressed excitement about the revitalized performance. “Over the past two years, we’ve innovated and deepened the connection between performers and the audience, creating an unforgettable experience,” she said in a recent press release. “At the heart of every Ringling show is a sense of wonder and authenticity,” she added. “No matter the generation, every audience member will find moments that resonate, delivering the thrilling and inspiring experience only Ringling can offer.”
