Nashville, TN – The Country Music Association (CMA) has recently unveiled the robust artists lineup that will grace its annual summer festival, CMA Fest 2024. Slated for June 6-9, the country mega-event is expected to draw tens of thousands of fans from across the globe to the heart of Music City.
For the 51st year, downtown Nashville will be home to country music’s biggest gathering. The festival is slated to feature performances from over 100 artists, from current pop crossover superstars and legendary icons to hitmakers of the past three decades. Notable names include Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Bryan, Keith Urban, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and many more. These performances will take place across various stages over the four-day event in the Lower Broadway neighborhood. The festival will also feature meet-and-greets with artists at Fan Fair X inside Music City Center alongside unique activities and activations.
Various ticket options are available for fans wanting to experience the festival. Four-Night Stadium Passes and single-night tickets for the nightly concerts at Nissan Stadium are currently on sale. The price starts at $84 per night. Fans can also purchase tickets for the Fan Fair X at Music City Center and the Riverside Retreat, an exclusive destination along the Cumberland River offering early admission to the Chevy Riverfront Stage among other perks. Due to construction work at the new Nissan Stadium, parking is limited. Festival-goers are therefore encouraged to utilize public transportation, rideshare services, or the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge.
Other stages such as Chevy Riverfront Stage, Dr Pepper Amp Stage at Ascend Park, Chevy Vibes Stage at Walk of Fame Park, and Good Molecules Reverb Stage at Bridgestone Arena Plaza are also set to feature a myriad of artists. These include country chart-toppers, Grand Ole Opry members, Grammy-nominated artists and several singer-songwriters, each bringing their unique performances to the diverse festival stages. The Hard Rock Cafe will also return with free and open-to-public day and night stages featuring a combination of online viral country sensations and promising emerging talents.
The CMA Fest, which originated as a “Fan Fair” event attracting a mere 5,000 fans at Nashville’s Municipal Auditorium, has grown exponentially over five decades. In its 2023 edition, fans from all 50 states and 51 countries participated, generating $74.7 million for Music City during its four-day run. CMA Fest has become a major economic stimulant for Nashville, drawing visitors worldwide and contributing significantly to the city’s social and economic growth. Some proceeds from the festival are directed towards benefiting music programs nationwide through the CMA Foundation.
