Excitement Builds for the Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville 2025: A Celebration of Art, Nature, and Community

Excitement Grows for the Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville 2025!

Nashville is gearing up for one of its most anticipated events of the year! The Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville is returning to Music City Center from January 31 to February 2, 2025. This annual gathering, which supports the Cheekwood Estate & Gardens and the Economic Club of Nashville (ECON) Charities, is not just a show; it’s a vibrant celebration of art, nature, and community. With more than 15,000 attendees expected, this event promises a weekend filled with inspiration and joy.

What to Expect

This year’s show marks a special milestone as it enters its 35th year. 2025 General Chairs Paige Hill and Dawn Looney have chosen the theme “Cultivating Home: Life Well Tended,” which encapsulates the experience that awaits visitors. Drawing inspiration from gorgeous fabric patterns provided by partners such as Fabricut, Jean Monro, and Clarence House, expect to see a beautiful overall look that will enhance the event’s ambiance.

Meet the Stars

One of the highlights of the weekend is the presence of the renowned designer, author, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Bunny Williams, who will serve as Honorary Co-Chair alongside her business partner, Elizabeth Lawrence. Their expertise and flair are sure to leave a lasting impact on the event, setting the stage for a truly remarkable weekend.

Educational and Entertaining Lectures

Each year, the show features a fantastic lecture series that brings in internationally recognized leaders passionate about design, horticulture, and inspired living. This year’s **Keynote Lecture** will be a special conversation between actress and entrepreneur Brooke Shields and her longtime collaborator, British designer David Flint Wood. Their interplay of experiences will kick off the series with flair and insight. Additionally, the **Designing Music City Lecture** will feature nine-time Grammy award winner, singer-songwriter Sheryl Crow, alongside author and philanthropist Lauren Akins. The duo, along with their interior designer April Tomlin, will delve into the artistry behind cultivating beautiful spaces.

Flower enthusiasts won’t want to miss the **Floral Lecture** moderated by Margot Shaw, the Editor-in-Chief of FLOWER Magazine. She’ll be joined by two of Britain’s leading florists: Shane Connolly, known for his work with the British Royal Family focusing on sustainable floristry, and Willow Crossley, an author and a vibrant design influencer often referred to as ‘UK’s Queen of Flowers.’

Garden Showcases and More

Interactivity is at the heart of this event, especially with the stunning garden showcases. Attendees can stroll through three breathtaking gardens presented by talented landscape designers. The West Garden will be designed by Anne Daigh of Daigh Rick Landscape Architects while the East Garden will feature a Hartley Botanic Greenhouse thanks to designer Josiah Lockhard. Additionally, attendees can marvel at the Cheekwood’s botanical showcase, designed by Peter Grimaldi and Mary Weber, serving as the showstopper at the Entry Exhibition.

Even as you step into the event, you’ll be greeted by custom-built follies from the Nashville Preservation Society flanking the Show Floor entrance, creating a whimsical atmosphere!

Afternoon Tea at The Hermitage Hotel

Sparking excitement, The Hermitage Hotel is honored to be the Presenting Hotel for the Antiques & Garden Show. They will host a special botanical-themed Afternoon Tea, serving exquisite floral-inspired treats and teas that are sure to please any palate. The hotel’s grand lobby will be adorned with stunning floral displays, bringing the garden’s beauty right inside! During the show’s duration, expect a series of exclusive events at the hotel, reflecting their commitment to celebrating Nashville’s rich cultural practices.
