Grant Chaney and Allen Guillory, long-established locals with years of experience in the construction industry, will be spearheading the latest expansion of Carroll Daniel Construction Company, a Georgia-based enterprise regarded as one of the nation’s leading operations in its field. The company recently disclosed ambitious plans to open a new office in Nashville, Tennessee.
The planned Nashville office aims to tap into the city’s burgeoning economy and high-caliber workforce. Chaney takes the helm as the vice president and division manager, bringing with him an illustrious career in economic and industrial development for large railroad and construction firms. Possessing an impressive track record of leading efficient and successful teams, Chaney’s experience encompasses overseeing myriad programs in the domain of industrial development.
Guillory, on the other hand, assumes the role of the operations manager. With a robust 30-year career in the construction industry, Guillory lends invaluable expertise to Carroll Daniel’s expanding footprint in the Tennessee market.
Marking the infamous construction company’s latest geographical extension, the Nashville office joins existing locations in Atlanta, Savannah, and the headquarters in Gainesville, Georgia, as well as a South Carolina office in Greenville.
Established in 1946, Carroll Daniel Construction Company boasts approximately 400 employees firm-wide and offers project planning, design, and construction services predominantly to the industrial and public sectors.
The trade publication Engineering News Record consistently ranks Carroll Daniel Construction Company as a Top 400 Contractor. In 2023, Carroll Daniel’s estimated revenue of $452.8 million secured the firm a national ranking of No. 249, outpacing any Nashville-based construction firm.
