The company recently disclosed ambitious plans to open a new office in Nashville, Tennessee.

Chaney takes the helm as the vice president and division manager, bringing with him an illustrious career in economic and industrial development for large railroad and construction firms. Marking the infamous construction company’s latest geographical extension, the Nashville office joins existing locations in Atlanta, Savannah, and the headquarters in Gainesville, Georgia, as well as a South Carolina office in Greenville.

The trade publication Engineering News Record consistently ranks Carroll Daniel Construction Company as a Top 400 Contractor. In 2023, Carroll Daniel’s estimated revenue of $452.8 million secured the firm a national ranking of No. 249, outpacing any Nashville-based construction firm.
