The building is located at 284 White Bridge Pike. The property has undergone several changes over the years. It was most recently home to a business called Music City Psychic. Before that, it seems to have hosted an adult video store, showcasing the varied commercial history of the location.
The new owners are represented by an LLC that includes Erian Goda, an agent with Hodges and Fooshee Realty, as well as Ashraf Habib, who is based in Franklin. Goda and Habib previously purchased a nearby property at 3100 Dickerson Pike for $950,000 in 2022. This shows their growing interest in the Nashville real estate market.
The previous owner of the White Bridge Pike property was an LLC connected to David Baldwin. Baldwin is notable for being the son of Robert Baldwin, who originally founded the Pancake Pantry. David took over operations in 1988 and ultimately sold the restaurant in 2017.
According to Metro records, Baldwin purchased the property for $295,000 back in 2004. This highlights the property’s appreciation in value over the years as Nashville continues to grow and develop.
The real estate transaction was facilitated by Charlie Robin and Seth Harlan from the Nashville-based Robin Realty. Their expertise likely played a crucial role in managing the sale smoothly.

Recently, the Nashville Humane Association made headlines by purchasing a property for $1.85 million near the same location. Moreover, local real estate investor Jack May acquired the Fountains at Belle Meade, a garden-style apartment complex at 97 White Bridge Pike, for a significant $24 million just last December.
