Elle King And Rachel Smith To Host “NASHVILLE’S BIG BASH” In Nashville
On Sunday, December 31, 2023, Nashville will light up with country music’s most exciting event of the year, the “NASHVILLE’S BIG BASH”. GRAMMY®-nominated artist Elle King and “ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT” host Rachel Smith are set to host the star-studded celebration. The event will be broadcast LIVE from Music City on the CBS Television Network and streamed on Paramount+.
Elle King will not only host the event but will also join the star-studded performance lineup. At the Bicentennial Mall stage, King will serenade the attendees with her popular hits. King expressed her enthusiasm to host the event, stating, “New Year’s Eve is the one party we celebrate all over the world, I wouldn’t want to spend it any other place than Music City!”
Rachel Smith also shared her excitement about co-hosting the event with King. She said, “We’re gonna put on one heck of a show from Music City, and Nashville’s Big Bash will be the perfect soundtrack to ring in another year with family and friends.”
Star-Studded Lineup at the Nashville’s Big Bash
The entertainment special will showcase approximately 50 high-energy performances by country music’s biggest superstars. These include names like Thomas Rhett, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Lainey Wilson among others. The five-hour broadcast will span several time zones, culminating with the traditional countdown at midnight, ET, and punctuated with the well-known Nashville music note drop and fireworks display at midnight, CT.
Though most of the lineup has been revealed, additional performers and information will be announced at a later date, keeping anticipation high for the event.
