Nashville Gears Up for the 63rd Annual Christmas Village This Weekend

Nashville Welcomes the 63rd Annual Christmas Village!

Hey there, Nashville residents! Are you feeling the holiday spirit yet? If you’re on the hunt for that perfect Christmas gift or just want to soak up some festive vibes, you’re in luck! The beloved 63rd Annual Christmas Village is making its grand return to our city this week, and it’s sure to be a joyous occasion.

When and Where

The event kicks off this Friday, November 15, and will run through Sunday, November 17. You’ll find it bustling at the Nashville Fairgrounds, a perfect venue to accommodate the flurry of holiday shoppers ready to snag gifts for everyone on their list. So grab your family and friends, and let’s get ready to shop!

What to Expect

With over 260 merchants joining in from across the country, there’s no shortage of unique goodies to explore. You can expect to find everything from toys for kids of all ages to fashionable clothing for both adults and youth. Jewelry aficionados will be delighted, while those looking to spruce up their homes can browse an array of stunning home décor. And don’t forget to keep an eye out for tasty food items, delightful pottery, and intriguing collectibles!

This isn’t just another holiday market, though. The Christmas Village has a rich history that dates back to 1961. It was created by two sisters from the Pi Beta Phi chapter at Vanderbilt University, with an aim to give back. All proceeds from this festive event benefit the Bill Wilkerson Hearing and Speech Center. This important organization helps support patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries at Vanderbilt’s Pi Beta Phi Rehabilitation Institute. Additionally, it funds scholarships for aspiring artists at the Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Gatlinburg, so you can feel good about where your dollars are going while you celebrate the season.

Getting Your Tickets

Now, let’s talk about tickets. You can pick one up for just $15 online or at the door, but make sure to bring a card because they won’t be accepting cash at the entrance. If you find yourself wanting to return for a second day of joy, return tickets will be available for $10 at the information booth. Just remember to grab those return tickets before you head out on your first day!

  • Friday, Nov 15: 10 AM – 8 PM
