Staffing the hubNashville contact center are dedicated employees from the Department of Emergency Communications (DEC), including two who speak Spanish and two who speak Kurdish. This diverse group, along with their supervisor and community liaison, ensures that help is accessible to everyone, regardless of their language or background. They work hand-in-hand with the team at Information Technology Services (ITS) and the Mayor’s Office, led by Director Erin Williams, to keep everything running smoothly.
