Five of Nashville’s top real estate professionals – Jenni Barnett, Scott Cornett, Dawne Davis, Matt Ligon, and Danny Anderson, have joined forces and introduced a new realty company, Onward Real Estate. This development is expected to bring a fresh perspective to the city’s rapidly growing real estate sector.
The newly launched Onward Real Estate will be led by industry veteran Jenni Barnett. Bringing nearly three decades of experience in real estate, including holding CFO and COO positions at Parks Realty for almost 25 years, her leadership is expected to drive success. “At Onward, our clients are our neighbors, and we are committed to their success,” Barnett expressed.
Scott Cornett will helm the company’s Nashville office. With nearly two decades of experience and being awarded Nashville’s Best REALTOR® in 2021, his contribution to Onward promises to be invaluable. Dawne Davis will lead the Murfreesboro office. With 20 years of experience and substantial exposure to the Williamson and Rutherford County real estate markets, Davis brings rich and diverse experience.
Matt Ligon, a lifelong resident of Franklin, will spearhead Onward’s Williamson County office. With more than 30 years of experience in the Williamson County real estate market, Matt is well placed to make a significant impact. Danny Anderson, specializing in historic properties, will oversee community relations and engagement for Onward in Williamson County.
Beyond the five founding members, real estate icons Bob and Marie Parks join Onward as principals and senior advisors, further augmenting the firm’s expertise. With a record of creating a company that prioritized agents, the Parks’ input is expected to play a significant role. “Onward, with Jenni at the helm and support from Scott, Dawn, Matt, and Danny, we will focus on taking care of our agents and instilling the workplace culture that has been our trademark,” Bob Parks commented.
Onward Real Estate is now poised to serve clients right from the heart of downtown Nashville to Murfreesboro, Franklin, and beyond. The company has already announced the upcoming launch of three offices in Nashville, Williamson, and Rutherford Counties.
As Nashville continues to grow, the launch of Onward Real Estate stands to bring new opportunities both for real estate professionals and for those looking for their dream homes in the city and beyond. “Our first offices are strategically located to be as central as possible for our agents and customers,” said Barnett.
