Nashville welcomes the arrival of In-N-Out Burger, Chick-fil-A, and Whataburger, as these top-tier fast-food brands have set their sights on the burgeoning 300-acre Century Farms development in Antioch.
Earlier this year, renowned Californian burger chain, In-N-Out Burger, announced plans to boost its presence in Tennessee. Known for its signature “animal-style” burger with the mustard-cooked patty and grilled onions, the first Nashville location of In-N-Out is slated to rise at 4136 William Turner Pkwy, near the Nashville Soccer Club training complex and the recently opened Tanger Outlets.
Plans showing a nearly 4,000 square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru and patio have been submitted. It’s expected to open alongside a $125.5 million, 100,000-square-foot office complex in Franklin in 2026. A second Nashville-area restaurant is also in the pipeline.
Sharing space at Century Farms is Chick-fil-A, a formidable name in the fast food industry. The popular chicken sandwich joint with a drive-thru, canopies, and an outdoor dining area will soon rise at 4234 Century Farms Terrace. Last year, Chick-fil-A proved its position as a fast food powerhouse by grossing $18.8 billion in sales.
Joining the list of high-profile arrivals is Whataburger. Known for its iconic “Fancy ketchup” and other sauces, the Texas-based chain is set to establish another locale at 2110 Century Farms Parkway, after adding 52 locations across the nation last year.
Century Farms is a sprawling development featuring newly constructed roads, utility services, and traffic signals on previously undeveloped land. Additional establishments like Community Health Systems offices, and an HCA Healthcare emergency hospital are testament to the massive transformation of the area.
Councilwoman Joy Styles is confident that this influx of tenants signals the start of a significant revitalization for Antioch. She enthusiastically invites everyone to visit and explore the new, more vibrant neighborhood, promising numerous opportunities for shopping, and dining.
“This is a bigger, better Antioch offering you multiple opportunities to shop, eat, as well as the revitalization of the old Hickory Hollow mall and the Starwood site,” she added.
