Exciting Changes Coming to Nashville’s East Side!
Nashville is buzzing with some fantastic new developments, especially in the vibrant Inglewood neighborhood. Good news for health enthusiasts and food lovers alike—E+Rose Wellness Company is setting up shop at The Haysboro! This stylish mixed-use building is located at 4706 Gallatin Pike and is scheduled to welcome its exciting new tenant in the second quarter of 2025.
All About E+Rose
If you haven’t heard of E+Rose yet, you’re in for a treat! The cafe concept will be the eighth of its kind in the Nashville area, joining its sister locations in bustling spots like Germantown, Peabody Plaza, and The Gulch. The menu is set to wow guests with a delightful array of plant-based smoothie bowls and refreshing cold-pressed juices. And that’s not all—E+Rose will also offer a selection of wellness products, including adaptogens and other sustainable lifestyle goods.
According to Mark Deutschmann of Core Development, “Their commitment to wellness and quality aligns perfectly with our vision for The Haysboro as a destination for modern, sustainable living.” It sounds like E+Rose is truly poised to elevate the community’s lifestyle as a go-to spot for healthy eating!
The Haysboro Project
The Haysboro itself is a remarkable project that Core Development has spearheaded on a 0.83-acre property, featuring a retro-inspired design reminiscent of the 1970s—how cool is that?! Designed by Nashville’s Pfeffer Torode, the building will have 32 condominiums available for purchase, ranging from one to two-plus-bedroom units, with prices spanning from $299,000 to $535,000. It’s set to include ground-level retail, which will be a fantastic addition to the neighborhood.
New Dining in Franklin
But wait, there’s more! In a different part of town, another culinary highlight has just opened its doors—Etch by renowned Nashville chef Deb Paquette has officially debuted in The Factory at Franklin. This restaurant is known not just for its delicious menu but also for its global inspiration. You can look forward to savoring dishes like roasted cauliflower, fresh salads, and superior frenched chicken breast paired with crispy potato salad.
As part of the launch, Jess Lambert, a veteran from Etch’s original location, will now serve as the executive chef. Plus, Megan Williams has come aboard as the executive pastry chef, ensuring the dessert menu is equally irresistible. The Franklin branch mirrors its Nashville sibling with not just the food but also an inviting atmosphere—featuring two private dining rooms, a full bar, and even a chef’s bar so you can watch all the magical culinary action unfold!
Etch can accommodate around 175 guests and boasts a staff of more than 50 employees, ready to deliver a top-notch dining experience. It’s worth mentioning that Chef Paquette is quite the trailblazer, as she was the first woman in Tennessee to achieve the status of a certified executive chef. Talk about breaking barriers!
What’s Next for The Factory?
Excitingly, Etch isn’t the only new restaurant on the horizon within The Factory. Just next door, the upcoming Australian cafe Two Hands is currently under construction, promising even more grub options for Franklin residents. Plus, the recent reopening of another local favorite, TomKats’ Saffire, adds to the delightful dining scene here.
With these exciting additions, Nashville continues to grow its reputation as a hotspot not just for music but also for delicious food options. Whether you’re popping over to The Haysboro for a health boost at E+Rose or enjoying a delicious meal at Etch, it’s clear that there’s no shortage of options in this thriving community!
