Exciting changes are happening in Gallatin, where two brand-new restaurants are bringing tasty food and fun vibes to the local dining scene! Both M.L. Rose Craft Beer & Burgers and Edley’s Bar-B-Que have recently opened their doors, and the community couldn’t be happier.
Just on October 21, M.L. Rose Craft Beer & Burgers opened its latest location at 2145 Nashville Pike, marking the sixth restaurant for this popular chain in Middle Tennessee. Known for its extensive craft beer selection, M.L. Rose boasts an impressive 36 taps and a rotating menu of bottled and canned beers. And if you’re in the mood for something to munch on, their specialty burgers and classic pub fare are sure to hit the spot!
The excitement around Gallatin was palpable even before the restaurant opened, with founder Austin Ray sharing his enthusiasm for the new location. “Every M.L. Rose location has unique defining features, and I’m especially excited about what we’re planning for Gallatin,” he said. Sounds like M.L. Rose is planning to become a local favorite in no time!
Since kicking off their journey in 2008 with the Melrose location, M.L. Rose has opened restaurants in various spots around Middle Tennessee, including Capitol View and Mt. Juliet. A seventh location is in the works in Inglewood. Keep your eyes peeled for updates on that one!
Just a little earlier than M.L. Rose, Edley’s Bar-B-Que flipped the sign to “Open” in September at the same retail center, and folks have been coming in droves ever since! Known for their mouthwatering slow-smoked barbecue and delightful made-from-scratch sides, Edley’s has earned multiple titles as ‘Best Barbecue in Nashville’ over the years. It’s safe to say that this culinary gem has crafted quite the reputation!
With this latest opening, Edley’s has expanded to its 11th location and ninth in Tennessee with Gallatin’s addition. The original restaurant opened on 12 South back in 2011. Each Edley’s location maintains its unique charm, and this one boasts what they’re calling “the biggest patio in all of Edley’s.” Perfect for enjoying some Southern BBQ in the fresh air!
Both restaurants serve up an array of delicious shareable foods that keep guests coming back for more! At M.L. Rose, diners can dig into a variety of options like grilled chicken nachos, buffalo chicken cheese fries, and of course, their famous crispy waffle fries whether in regular or sweet potato form. And let’s not forget about the classic and creative craft burgers that are sure to please any burger aficionado.
Over at Edley’s, the BBQ nachos, smoked wings, and their standout Off The Smoker brisket, ribs, pork, and chicken have diners raving. And if you love wings, their turkey wings are smoked low and slow with white oak to ensure maximum flavor. Yum!
Fans of M.L. Rose can pop in during the week from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday. Meanwhile, Edley’s has their doors open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
With such fresh options, Gallatin is embracing its new dining experience like never before. Food lovers are definitely in for a treat with these vibrant additions to the community. Don’t miss out on why good beer and good burgers make good neighbors!
