West Nashville Church Property Up for Sale, Potential for Hotel Redevelopment

West Nashville Church Property on Market for Sale

An undisclosed asking price has been set for the sale of a West Nashville church property that was potentially aimed for redevelopment into a hotel.

Property Details

Located at 5701 Robertson Ave, the property spans approximately two acres. The building, which previously served as the place of worship for the Richland Baptist Church congregation, was sold to NNP Investments for $2 million in 2017. The Nashville-based hotel and retail building development company acquired the property via their subsidiary, NNP Robertson LLC.

Nate Patel, the manager of the LLC, has contracted Anthony Caduff from Nashville-based Davos Investments for handling the marketing of the property. Whilst the exact price is currently undisclosed, the substantial site has previously attracted the interest of potential developers.

Previous Development Projects

NNP Investments has a proven track record in development projects in and around Nashville. The company successfully developed a site near the Nashville International Airport into a Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel building.

Future of the Property

While the future of the 5701 Robertson Ave site is currently uncertain, its size and location in Charlotte Park, a key district of West Nashville, will likely attract significant interest. Previous reports suggested potential redevelopment into a hotel, which could provide a boost to local tourism and the economy.

Potential Impact on the Local Community

Depending upon the nature of development the site will undergo, the local community in Charlotte Park could see a rise in economy, infrastructure, and employment opportunities. Further information regarding potential development projects will likely emerge following the sale of the property.

Over the past few years, Nashville has increasingly seen former religious sites being repurposed or sold for development. As demographics and the needs of communities change, these substantial sites provide an opportunity for urban redevelopment. While some former church buildings have retained their religious use, others have been transformed into a variety of commercial and residential spaces, reflecting the diversity and growth within Nashville.

Seeking Potential Buyers

With considerable development potential and prospects for substantial returns, the West Nashville church property sits as a lucrative investment opportunity in a vibrant and growing part of the city. Interested parties should contact Davos Investments for further sales and marketing information.
